If you have noticed a non-emergency maintenance issue at your property, please use the form below to raise the issue with our help desk. We will endeavour to reply as soon as we can and get the fault fixed.

Emergency Issues

We understand that some emergency issues arise when the office is closed. For this reason we have a 24 hour line that can be called when there is a situation that needs to be dealt with immediately.

This is reserved for situations in which either the occupants or the property is in danger and/or require urgent attention, these include:

  • Lift failure
  • Drainage blockage
  • Flooding
  • Entrance systems failure including entryp hone, access control and vehicle gates
  • Health and safety incidents
